A little about me: I was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. After 4 decades of enjoying the beautiful mountain sunsets and all that Colorado has to offer, I took a leap of faith and traded those beautiful white capped mountains for the white, sandy beaches of the Tampa, Florida/ Gulf Coast area. I am now able to help buyers and sellers in both markets!
I believe that home is the most special place there is, and I love helping people find their perfect home and build a future of financial security through their largest investment.
When I'm not out working with clients, you can find me spending time with my three amazing kiddos and two ornery bulldogs. We love to hang at home, explore our state (especially the beaches and parks) and ride alllll of the rollercoasters we can find!

My business philosophy is based on a servant heart as well as giving back. I have a special program with substantial savings/ incentives for those who serve their country and their communities (this includes Active Duty and Veteran Military Personnel, First Responders, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, EMT, Healthcare Workers, and Teachers). I also donate a portion of each commission check to charities that support these occupations. I have partnered with Shield616 to provide life saving armor to law enforcement and fire departments and have also recently aligned with the Tunnels to Towers organization.

My services to my clients don't end at the closing table. My goal is to stay in touch with my clients even after all of the papers are signed and boxes are unpacked. I want to be the first person that comes to mind when you think of anything real estate and homeownership related. I will keep you informed on the real estate market, provide maintenance tips to keep your home in great condition, helpful home hacks and useful information, and maybe throw in some corny jokes along the way! Need recommendations? I'm your girl! Call me if you need a plumber or electrician or handyman (or any other service). Want a second opinion on new paint colors or flooring options? Happy to give you my thoughts. I love helping my clients, and many of them have turned into lifelong friends.
